Rejected petition Plan a sustainable UK Population Size- Don't let Britain become the Japan of Europe!

The UK is becoming over-populated. If we don't plan a sustainable UK population size, then it will keep on increasing at an alarming rate (a staggering 470,000 more people in 2010 alone!)... We must resolve this issue, or else risk the serious deterioration of our COUNTRYSIDE (we have a similar population size to France but they have almost THREE times the amount of land!), our QUALITY OF LIFE (Do we really want to become the Japan of Europe and live like sardines in super high-rises?) and our PUBLIC SERVICES (Class-sizes, NHS waiting lists and police call-out times are already under strain as it is...)
