STOP CAR PARKING CHARGES FOR HOSPITAL DAY PATIENTS BY ISSUING A TICKET AT THE CLINICS RECEPTION WHEN BOOKING IN FOR THE APPOINTMENT. THIS TICKET CAN THEN BE USED TO EXIT THE CAR PARK. THIS WOULD HELP PEOPLE WHO ATTEND APPOINTMENTS REGULARLY HAVING TO PAY HUGE SUMS WHICH THEY CAN ILL AFFORD AS MANY ARE ON REDUCED INCOMES DUE TO THEIR ILLNESSES
