Petition Prisoners should build their own accommodation as a pilot project on one of are 291 inhabited islands in the UK
Prison is not working, it's no deterrent.
This is an open prison with nowhere to go.
As for security some of are 291 inhabited islands are 40 miles from the uk mainland.
I would like to see a pilot project prison skills farm,
run by the army.
