Rejected petition Rioters to pay heavily with community service as well as jail.

The rioters & looters have already cost us all dearly. They clearly deserve time in jail but this is ALSO costing us.
The sentencing should include a lengthy spell of community service - the sum total of hours split between the convicted should be equal to (or greater than) the man-hours needed to clean up & rebuild the communities they have destroyed.
