'The UK could lose out on hundreds of billions of pounds of vital investment in green energy projects if the Government waters down its plans for a Green Investment Bank, MPs warn in a report' (11th March 2011).

The government will not allow this vital Green Investment Bank to borrow before 2015, which severely restricts its ability to raise funds for green investments, please sign this petition to allow it to raise funds straight away from its inception!
