Rejected petition Call for rioters/looters to be given instant Community Service Orders

Prison or a Police station cell is a badge of honour to some of those found guilty in the past few days. This petition is a call for anyone found guilty of rioting, looting, incitement to riot/loot, criminal damage or arson in the recent trouble throughout England be given instant Community Service Orders in order to give something back to their communities.

A slapped wrist is not enough and the majority of people want to see these people punished.
