No person that has been charged with an offence which resulted from the riots anywhere in the UK should be granted FREE LEGAL AID. If convicted or pleaded guilty, any legal expenses incurred by the represention of that person by a solicitor or barrister, is to be paid by the convicted person undergoing community service to pay for the costs of the legal aid .
