Closed Mandatory Army cadet scheme

To introduce a scheme where all young children from the age of 9 should have to attend the army cadets. This would help to develop discipline, teamworking, education, physical activity and morals amongst the young. It should continue until the age of 16. The scheme should be free, but excursions to be assisted by the Parents in full time employment. Those with benefits should be able to pay weekly at a lower rate.
