Those in positions of power should be subject to the same naming, shaming and punishment for financial theft, missappropriation of expenses, (MP's), and abuses of position, (Police involved with News International), and should be treated in the same manner as any individual publically and judicially chastised, castigated and conviced of involvement in the riots and looting between 6th August 2011 and 10th August 2011.
