Petition Stop Banks from taking bank charges out of benefits & putting people into a Crisis!

The Government says that a certain amount of benefit is minimum that by law a single person, couple or family, should be able to live on & when a bank takes bank charges out of that persons benefit for example a person has bought something from ebay for 50p & ebay tries to take that 50p from that persons bank account when the account is empty & their benefits have not yet gone into their account & the bank pays the 50p but then charges the customer £38.00 in bank charges for the money not being in there, this is then taken out of their benefits when they are paid out, which then puts this person into a crisis & they then have to make a crisis loan application from the DWP!
