I would like to see a tax code supplement added to all people found guilty of crime, in order to reduce the tax burden on law abiding citizens and to support the victims of crime.
The tax code supplement and length of time it's attached, would be determined by the cost and severity of the crime.
The supplement could also be used to pay back the cost of detention, court costs and legal fees.
I believe this would act as a deterrent and would be supported by the majority of law abiding citizens.
