Any persons convicted of criminal acts during the current London riots should have to pay into the regeneration fund and if they can't afford it it should be taken of their financial benefits. The £50m fund set up by Boris Johnson is fantastic for communities, individual and businesses, however no tax payer should have to contribute to those who have destroyed property, stolen from their community and shown a disregard for the country that provides for them.
