Rejected petition Rebuild the relationship between police & parents, parents & children

When children commit crime it is their friends they go to, their parents they ignore and the police they disrespect.
Please help change this by introducing a 'get out of jail free' system for crimes reported by the parents of child/teen offenders.
This will mean children benefit from telling and trusting their parents, that parents benefit from telling and trusting the police and society benefits from early intervention in the criminal lifestyle of children
