Rejected petition National Service

Bring in national service for 18 - 30 year olds like they have in Germany and Norway. It will give young people a sense of belonging and self esteem as well as morals. It would probably prevent riots and if they did occur the man power would be in place to stop it. It was also solve racism and class division as ALL young people would be serving together.
