Rejected petition National Service - Let's Bring it Back!

To bring back National Service and introduce a compulsory programme of youth development. The programme should include military structure and also some form of military service for youths; especially those who now form part of our so called 'underclass'. Young people should be made to perform public service duties / military duties/ and (in the case of those youths guilty of civil disturbance) they should be forced to clean up and rebuild communities they have destroyed with a period of obligatory service to the community and society.
