Closed Referendum on making London a principality with right to remain in the EU

Following the overwhelming support from London voters for the UK to remain in the EU, we request that HM Government consider the option to allow London (as a principality of the U.K.) to remain in the EU - if necessary, following a second referendum/London-only vote.
