The government need to change their views and what they see fit for the care industry to be like.

The government need to change their views and they see fit for carer's and support workers. We are in a industry that is open 365 days a year on a nmw. We work just as hard as hospital staff and we loose our freedom to take care of others who need it. The difference is we don't have any one there to support us and the job is mentally and physically demanding. This needs to stop and get it changed for a better future for all.
