The government is committed to improving the current education standards by ensuring strong attendance. This petition is to request the government control the UK travel industry price rises during school holiday times to offer hard working parents a fair choice for themselves and their children.

It is public knowledge that the UK travel industry exploits price rises during normal school holiday periods, often forcing families to risk government fines for taking their children on a deserved holiday during term times. This needs to be stopped and controlled to give people a fair choice of holiday at any time of the year.
