Closed Make organ donation a default of 'Yes' in the event of a person dying.

Currently in the UK a person has to opt-in to donate their organs and many people never get around to signing up. I would like to reverse the option and make it the default that your organs will be used and anyone who wishes to can opt-out of donation.
