Petition 10% pay increase for all NHS employees

NHS employees are overworked and underpaid. Agency staff get better pay which the NHS trusts pay for out of their own pocket. Staffing levels are low, especially in more remote areas of the country. Increased pay would encourage people to come work for the NHS.
