Rejected petition Mandatory drug testing for all members of parliament.
Drug testing and drug laws are imposed by the houses of parliament and thus it stands to reason that the individuals in charge of these laws should abide by them. Drug testing should be mandatory for all members of parliament much like it is in other professions.

Double standards from pay scandals, expenses scandals and general hypocrisy abound in the houses of parliament. It is time that the houses of parliament prove their dedication to their own laws which they enforce upon the public by submitting to monthly drug tests much like those that exist in many other professions.
