Petition Legalise the the possession of pepper spray in the United Kingdom

Statistically 80,000 women are raped in the UK each year, along with 400,000 women being sexually assaulted/harassed. This is a very frightening statistic that should be confronted. Women are not the only victims, men as well. There is a lack of effective self defence methods which are legal.
