Closed Reduce Foreign Aid by repealing the law and use the money to fund Cancer drugs.

N.I.C.E. ban certain drugs which prolong the life of cancer sufferers on the grounds that these drugs are too costly. Cancer Drugs like Abiraterone and Radium 223 which are proven to extend life and improve the quality of life are likely to be denied to cancer patients under the proposed cuts.
