Rejected petition 50cc bikes being unrestricted for 16 year olds as 30 is dangerous

30mph is to dangerous for a 16 year old to be riding on a rode with. Cars bully 16 year olds when riding in national speed limit areas such as A roads through the countryside. This puts them in danger and makes them get them de restricted which is breaking the law
