Petition Make it law for all sex offenders to be castrated to prevent them reoffending

Why should the human rights act protect these people, when the ones needing protection are the innocent victims and the future victims of these monsters when they get let out on licence. Where is the sense of jailing motorists and non payers of council tax and letting these people free to reoffend.
