Petition Ban ex-VAT pricing

I am currently renovating my house and am always being given prices ex-VAT, from architects quotes to the price of bricks. It is a blatant attempt to make prices look cheaper than they are. As a consumer I am not registered for VAT so it is a nonsense price. The final price should always be quoted.
