I strongly feel that the minimum driving age should be reduced to 16. There are a lot of 16 year olds who work, and allowing them to drive would make it easier for them to travel to work. Drivers of that age, should be forced to have the "Learners L" plate visible, but should be allowed to drive.
Allowing 16 year olds to drive will make it easier for them to travel to work etc a lot easier.
