Petition To make Body Safety education mandatory from age 5 in our schools.
Teach&Tell know that providing early open and honest education about body safety, starting from 5 years and continuing on with young people will greatly improve safeguarding and sexual health outcomes and thereby dramatically reduce exposure to childhood sexual abuse.

Teach&Tell are working off average Welsh primary school pupil numbers, which are reported to be between 180 - 220 per school, so if we take 200 children per school, add 30 additional pupils per year, that's 500 children over a 10 year period.
Statistically in that time and per school 125 girls and 83 boys will have been sexually abused.
That means:
307,424. Welsh children.
3,511,872. English children.
432,848. Scottish children.
That's 4,252,144 utterly ruined lives, we must change it!
