Closed ACMD to re-asses cannabis classification and public health findings 2008.

The Tory government seem unwilling to even look at reviewing the evidence backing cannabis legalization on medicinal grounds. The findings from 2008 need reviewing. USA cancer site cancer.gov has more up to date research suggesting it cures colon cancer and casts doubt on ACMD's 2008 findings.
