Petition Referendum suggestion :- Should Britain have a nuclear arsenal? Yes or No?

The Government should have a referendum on Britain's nuclear arsenal. When the results come in, if it is yes, the constituent nation with the highest percentage of yes votes should house the weapons and delivery systems. It is only fair that those who want it, should house it in their country.
