Make it illegal to buy/sell personal data without clear and concise permission and replace the "do not share my details" box with a "please share my details" box and make it opt in so that if left blank by those who missed it or are vulnerable their details can not be shared.

The Please share my details box needs to be compulsory and standardized on every form that an individual fills out containing personal information. Very harsh penalties for any individual, company or charity that does not adhere 100% to these changes in the law.
