Closed Provide greater, official budgetary funding and support for the homeless.

In the UK it's estimated that hundreds of thousands of people sleep on the streets every year and yet there is no official budget for helping these people. Over 70% of the homeless suffer from mental health disorder and have slipped through the cracks in society with no unified national record.
