Petition Bring back CAPITAL PUNISHMENT for SERIOUS CRIMES like RAPE,MURDER and terrorism!

I honestly feel really sick. On the news it said people have been arrested for sexual abuse on children....and babies. WHAT THE ??! BABIES? really? people like this should face trial for a death sentence! they have destroyed lives, people who murder should have their life taken away! eye for an eye!
