Closed Licence the keeping of Cats due to the impact they have on local wildlife.

UK wildlife has taken serious impact and many common species have declined in recent years, this is not due to development as many parts of the UK have remained the same, nor is it due to animal disease. Evidence has repeated to show domestic Cats have been responsible for millions deaths each year.
