Closed Veterinary fees to be exempt from VAT or reduced to 5% VAT (currently 20%).

Removing VAT from vets’ fees for domestic animals, or at least reducing it from 20% to 5% would positively benefit the nation's pet owners. The current system of charging VAT and compounding the distress caused to owners by increased financial burdeon is unfair.
