Closed Give more decision-making powers and responsibilities to local town councils

As a worker in my own local council, my community has become frustrated at the lack of power and responsibility our town has to settle issues due to the bureaucracy of district/county councils. Many councilors are unable to settle issues in their very own towns. We need empowering change.
