15% of the electorate voted in Police & Crime Commissioner elections. Only the Conservative party are committed to keeping the role. As the current Conservative Government were elected on 30% of the vote, 70% of voters support scraping the posts & spending the savings on the front line.

Police & Crime Panels, in their current form, can become Scrutiny bodies.
