Rejected petition Deport all immigrants convicted of any sex crime against anyone in the UK.
Due to the rise of reported rape and sexual assault cases in the UK, we should deport any immigrant convicted of sex crimes in the UK & Commonwealth. They should be deported back to their country of origin, even if they are 2st and 2nd generation born in the UK.

This petition was rejected
Why was this petition rejected?
It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.
The Government already has the power to deport people when the Home Secretary has decided that their removal from the country is 'conducive to the public good'.
A court can also recommend deportation if someone is convicted of a criminal offence with a prison term.
The UK Government doesn't have the power to take this action in Commonwealth countries. That would be a matter for the governments of those countries.
We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
