Closed Replace the House of Lords with a proportionally elected second chamber.

With regards to the House of Lords' decision to delay the tax credit cuts, the power of a second chamber is obvious. Therefore I urge Parliament to consider replacing the House of Lords with a democratically elected second chamber, by proportional representation, to better represent our society.
