Petition MP's should be breathalysed before entering the chamber of the House Of Commons

Today I watched Prime Ministers questions. The behaviour of some MP's leads me to the conclusion that they were probably drunk. Most hard working people have to go to work sober or face the sack. MP's should certainly be sober before they debate and certainly before voting on any issue.
