Closed Allow expats of more than 15 years have a vote in the EU referendum.

Many expats still have financial and/or family connections with the UK. Many also live in Europe, as I do, and may have their residence compromised if the UK leaves the EU. We should be allowed a vote on something that affects our lives so radically.
