Closed Implement "Boots on GROUND in Syria" and declare full-scale attack on ISIS!

We need to stop ISIS and we have to do this before it's too late! Just air strikes alone won't be enough to win.

I urge the government to do more with this war on ISIS. Also I would like the government to not engage in diplomatic arguments with Russia over the support of the Syrian president. Should only make an agreement to work together to destroy ISIS and ISIS only. They're the major threat to international peace.
