Closed Stop offering free NHS treatment and services to non UK citizens.

I propose for the government to charge non UK citizens to use NHS services within the United Kingdom, this will stop the NHS health services from being used and abused. If the government cant charge non UK citizens, you should have to live within the UK for at least 5 years and in permanent work.
