TIER 2 ICT visa have below clauses Long-term Staff - 9 years
Long-term Staff ; 5 years, 1 month
Petition is to reconsider this rule, as ICT holders are contributing huge amount in form of taxes and NIC to UK.
Purpose is 1) ILR similar to ICT tier 2 general
2) ICT can be changed to General
