Closed Make the CSA take into account your monthly outgoings for non-resident parents

None resident parents are being taken to the cleaners and being put in debt by the CSA because they do not take into account the none resident parents monthly out going.
MORTGAGE-GAS-ELECTRIC-COUNCIL TAX-FOOD BILL.
Before 2004 they did why stop it because its not far.

Couples today are splitting up every where in the UK due to the CSA,
Punishing the none resident parents, to pay over the odds to bring up there children or child that dose not live with them, they do not take into account any house hold bills you have to pay to stay alive.
EXAMPLE.
A couple has a mortgage of £700 a month without paying gas water electric council tax food, but he only earns £ 700 a month the CSA take lets say £200 how can he afford to pay for all is house bills, he cannot the CSA put him in DEBT again.
