Closed Arm all UK police officer to help defend our streets from terrorism

As a result of the atrocities in Paris with Charlie Hebdo and 15/11/2015 it is clear that the UK is vulnerable in the sense that only specialised officers can use firearms. Authorising all officers to use firearms will assist in protecting the UK public from the same types of atrocities.
