Rejected petition Legalise Segways / Hoverboards to be used on streets like bikes & skateboards

They constitute a carriage under the highways Act 1835 and are prohibited from being used on the pavement or on a public highway. Its a form of travel, no different to a bike, skateboard, roller skates / blades. Common sense needs to be demonstrated with this as its a toy
