Rejected petition Justice for the chihuahua Chunky

Recently a chihuahua dog called Chunky was brutally attacked by thugs & it was one of the worst attacks seen by the RSPCA. Chunky had his neck broken, eyes set on fire, fed drugs and dumped. This is UNACCEPTABLE, the attackers were only banned from keeping animals for 5 years. This is not enough.

(I did not have enough space to finish writing so i will continue here...) a 5 year ban is not enough, more needs to be done to protect innocent animals from this sick behaviour and i believe there should be heavier punishments on the disturbed people that perform these attacks.
