Closed Scrap all foreign aid and divert funds into MOD, education and NHS

While we suffer austerity in the UK especially cutbacks to the armed forces making us a laughing stock £12 billion is wasted on ridiculous overseas aid. 90% don't even need it, but who would refuse free cash. Use the aid money on defence, NHS and education instead.
