Closed Stop the use of the Barrel bomb in the war in Syria.

According to Human Rights Watch, the “barrel bomb" is a canister filled with explosives and metal fragments. It is dropped unguided from helicopters, hitting the ground with huge explosions - and is responsible for the greatest number of civilian fatalities of all weapons

There are many and changing positions on the war in Syria, emanating from both the left and the right in Politics. However all have stated that it is important to avoid the deaths of civilians.

This allows for an alignment on one question, and that is the Barrel Bombs must not be used.
